Now, after booking your stay at Arrecife Gran Hotel & SPA through our official website, you can select your favorite room on the hotel's virtual map before your arrival. Our Welcome Team will do their best to accommodate your request.
To enjoy this service, simply choose the desired room on the map and make your request. Within a maximum of 72 hours, you will receive an email regarding your request.
- Please note that this service depends on the hotel's availability at the time of your arrival. In the unlikely event that we cannot assign you the desired room, we will provide one located in a nearby and similar area to the selected one. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of this service for more information.
Terms and Conditions:
- Exclusive service for reservations made through the Arrecife Gran Hotel & SPA website.
- This service is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
- Available from 21 days before arrival until 72 hours before.
- Valid only for bookings of 1 room.
- Applicable only to reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- Once the request is received, the hotel will respond within a maximum of 72 hours.
